They can create a uniform pattern or by adding more tools to your collection can create more elaborate designs. Our finishing tools are not just limited to Bookbinders as these can be used to make an impression on any leather, clay or glass product. We can also create a makers mark stamp from the designs.

Bookbindesigns Hand Tools & Hand Stamps are engraved with a flat face as standard. We now make domed tools these tools are preferred by fine binders.

Our tools are available in various sizes to meet the customer requirements. All of our tools are deeply engraved to give the best impression for a professional finish.

All of our Hand Tools & Hand Stamps come complete with Ash hardwood handles and chrome ferrules. These tools require heat to make the impression onto leather. The tools work well using gold leaf, foil or simply blind embossed. The outside forms are cut closely to the design in order to improve sighting.
